The layer we run
One integration layer between your sales channels and your back office, built and operated by Black Swan Global.
Funds flow directly from the payment processor to the merchant. Black Swan Global handles data only.
Scope, stated plainly
Black Swan Global Limited provides software and IT services only. We do not trade, hold, produce or ship physical goods, and we do not process end-customer payments.
Payment functionality we build always runs on top of licensed third-party payment processors. We state this precisely because our clients rely on it, contractually and operationally.

Step 1 · Scope
Master agreement & statement of work
Every engagement runs under a Master Services Agreement. Each project is defined in a written statement of work: deliverables, milestones, price.
Step 2 · Build
Develop, integrate, go live
Development and integration against staging systems first, connectivity testing, then a controlled go-live with support on the day.
Step 3 · Run
Operate, monitor, maintain
We operate what we build: monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance under a monthly service fee per shop or system.
Commercial terms
Monthly service fees per system, usage-based fees for middleware, and fixed-price project work per statement of work. Invoiced monthly, 30-day payment terms. Contracts under Hong Kong law.
