This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising technologies. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is served via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) as hosting and content-delivery provider. When you access the site, Cloudflare technically processes connection data (such as IP address, requested URL, browser type, timestamp) to deliver the website securely and to defend against attacks. 4. Fonts
All fonts are hosted on our own infrastructure. No connection to third-party font services is established.
5. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, message content) solely to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Legal basis under the GDPR, where it applies: Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is not shared beyond the providers named in this policy and is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes or for statutory retention.
6. International data transfers
As the controller is based in Hong Kong and our hosting provider operates globally, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, such transfers rely on recognised safeguards, in particular the EU standard contractual clauses and, in the case of Cloudflare, its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR or a comparable data-protection law applies to you, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact for all requests: office@bsg.limited.
