B2B ordering platform for a Malta-based wholesale group

A trading group selling through multiple B2C storefronts needed a separate wholesale channel: customer-specific pricing, live availability, structured ordering. We designed and built the platform, optimised the backend, and connected it to the group's inventory system so B2C and B2B sell from one synchronised stock pool.

Case 02

Payment middleware for a multi-shop Shopify operator

Manual payment methods were stalling orders: customers chose bank transfer at checkout, then waited for details and often never paid. All payments run through the client's own licensed payment processors; our middleware sits on the data side. It requests a payment link from the processor's API the moment an order is placed, then drives the follow-up workflow with status tracking, automated notifications and fulfilment triggers.

Case 03

Cross-shop inventory & payment analytics

Revenue and payment data was scattered across several shop admins and a payment dashboard. We built an inventory-management and analytics layer that consolidates orders, payouts and stock movements across all shops into one set of dashboards: the numbers the management meeting actually needs, updated continuously.

Case 04

Automated market & compliance monitoring

A client needed to track competitor listings and regulatory signals across many websites: daily, reliably, and without a person clicking through pages. We run scheduled crawls on serverless infrastructure and use LLM-based classification to turn raw pages into a structured daily report with clearly defined categories.
