Scope of business
Black Swan Global Limited provides software and IT services only. It does not trade, hold, produce or ship physical goods, and it does not process, hold or transmit end-customer payments. Payment-related software developed by the company operates exclusively on top of licensed third-party payment processors.
Contracts and governing law
Client engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement with individual Statements of Work. All contracts are subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; place of jurisdiction is Hong Kong.
Tax note
Hong Kong does not levy VAT or GST. Invoices to business customers in the European Union are issued under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC); VAT is accounted for by the recipient.
